As a Customer Solutions Architect you are responsible for several of our enterprise and corporate customers, who you guide to realize their strategic business objectives using our agile architecture frameworks in BlueDolphin. You are the customer's discussion partner on a strategic and tactical level. Together with these organizations, you embark on a journey to realize their goals and objectives, and you make sure that you create value through architecture. This is a versatile function with room for a lot of personal input and where you can share your extensive experience as a business consultant and/or architect with the customer and with your consultancy team.

The Customer Solutions Architect reports to the Manager Customer Solutions and is responsible for implementing our customer success strategy together with our customers. You are part of a consultancy team with a high-performance culture who a focus on teamwork, service excellence and ownership, focusing on creating valuable solutions that add up to customer success. In addition to your work as a strategic consultant, you provide input for further improving our customer success proposition, our use cases and our end-to-end customer success process.

The Customer Solutions Architect will be as passionate about ValueBlue’s solutions as she/he is about providing an exceptional experience for every customer. The ideal candidate understands value creation in the enterprise and corporate market. The MCS is always pursuing maximum value for both the customer and ValueBlue.
Next to a proactive and hands-on mentality, the ideal candidate brings strong strategic communication skills and is eager to get things done. The position is all about providing excellent guidance to our customers, and being able to do this two ways: both hands-on and on C-level. She/he is a go getter with a natural technical interest, a real connector and above all a strong relationship builder.
