Graphic Designer at ValueBlue

Job description

Are you a tech-minded graphic designer who is excited about the idea of creating and owning a dynamic B2B software brand? Are you passionate about creating the best visual experience using colors, shapes and fonts? Do you love to create stand-out visual content for both digital and offline channels? Then we are looking for you!

Who are we?

At ValueBlue, we bring Agile Business Transformation to the fingertips of CIOs and Enterprise Architects across the globe with our B2B SaaS-platform, BlueDolphin. We help companies to transform their IT landscape – giving them insight into their future and the tools they need to get there.

In this age of digital transformation, aspects such as customer experience, globalization, working remotely and easy-to-configure applications can help organizations to become more flexible and adaptive. In 2014, we launched BlueDolphin to help companies collaborate and move past the lack of clarity they have suffered while using complex, specialist tools in the past.

As a company, we stand for responsibility, the creation of customer value, innovation and empowerment. We are inventing more agile ways of working. We do this by working hard with a smile on our faces, by proactively dealing with challenges that cross our path, and by giving each other the trust and freedom to do our best work.

You’ll be joining a Marketing team of clever, fun, and ambitious colleagues who work hard every day on our marketing message and content, online campaigns and impressive portfolio of events. At ValueBlue, we believe it’s important that everyone does what he or she loves to do every day, and we strive for a combination of knowledge and fun. The work atmosphere is accessible, the work style is independent, and our approach is always positive.

What will you do?

As Graphic Designer at ValueBlue, you’ll be responsible for the brand identity of both our company and our software platform. You’ll be given the freedom to develop a best-in-class brand identity fit for a SaaS market-leader, and the remit of owning that brand identity. We are on a fast growth trajectory, and our Graphic Designer should be up to the challenge of developing a market-leading software brand.

You’ll be responsible for delivering brand assets and materials to support all of our marketing efforts, as well as working closely with our UX team to create the best experiences on all our platforms for our customers and prospects.

You’ll be tasked with creating visually dynamic online assets such as eBooks, website, social and blog graphics, and animations that help tell the story of our platform. You’ll also create eye-catching offline materials for our events, customers and internal communications.

You will own the visual guidelines for our brand from a marketing perspective and help your colleagues to easily and quickly create content that fits our identity.
