In order to continue on our growth path, we are currently recruiting a HR Officer based at our Utrecht (NL) office.

What will you be doing?

Our company is in a real scale up phase, meaning hypergrowth in the number of people joining, while adding the tools, processes and structures able to carry our expanding ValueBlue team.

Your role as a HR Officer at ValueBlue is to take ownership of the payroll processes, people administration and to support all our colleagues globally in their day-to-day HR needs. As we are growing globally, you will participate in several (inter)national projects. On the short term, you will start with:

  • Introducing and optimizing a new HRIS and payroll provider;
  • Defining key people admin/payroll processes and making them smart, simple and supportive;
  • Supporting company culture development;
  • Supporting the setup of People Analytics and Reporting;

In this role you are part of our growing People & Culture team, reporting to our Chief People & Culture Officer.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

The People Operations at ValueBlue are driven to offer the best employee journey. For this position we consider only candidates based in The Netherlands. 

As our HR Officer you bring experience and expertise in:

  • Working in an international, dynamic and fast growing (tech/ SaaS) environment;
  • Running and improving global people admin and payroll processes (experience with HiBob and ADP is considered a big plus);
  • Applying relevant legislation and tax regulations;
  • Being the go-to-person and trusted people advisor

Furthermore you:

  • Have 3-5 years relevant work experience;
  • Hold a relevant degree in HR or a related field;
  • Are the best at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines;
  • Are detail oriented and highly organised, while also proactive, flexible and creative in your approach;
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • Have excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Are available full time;
  • Are a real team player!
