In order to continue on our growth path, we are currently recruiting a Lead Talent Acquisition based at our Utrecht (NL) office.

What will you be doing?

The Lead Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in enabling the growth of ValueBlue in terms of skills, experience and cultural fit. You own the complete talent acquisition process for all locations, as well as the recruitment tooling landscape and all employer branding activities. 

In your daily work you collaborate with hiring managers throughout the business, as well as with our recruitment partners. Besides rolling up your sleeves and getting the right people on board, you will also dedicate time to understand our talent market and to make sure we have the right recruitment strategy in place for the long term.

In this role you are part of our growing People & Culture team and reporting to our Chief People & Culture Officer.

Value Blue is in a high-growth phase, so this position will be pivotal in ensuring the best candidate experience and in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organisational growth.

As our Lead Talent Acquisition you bring proven expertise in:

  • Working in an international, dynamic and fast growing environment;
  • Setting up engaging, quick and effective recruitment processes on a global level, specifically in the locations ValueBlue operates;
  • SaaS/ Tech recruitment as well as experience in hiring highly qualified commercial profiles;
  • Building an employer brand and designing global and local recruitment strategies;
  • Implementing data driven recruitment and delivering on recruitment KPI’s;
  • Managing external recruitment partners and/ or a small team.
