In order to continue on our growth path, we are currently recruiting for the position of Product Owner Integrations & Marketplace based at our Utrecht office.

What will you be doing?

As Product Owner at ValueBlue, you will take the lead in launching our next generation line of APIs and Marketplace Integrations to enhance the most powerful platform for progressive enterprise architecture on the globe. Further you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and leading APIs, Client, Integration and Marketplace application from ideation to delivery;
  • Managing the backlog value contribution and products in production, reporting and providing insight;
  • Transforming strategy into actionable and measurable products portfolio;
  • Working closely and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, PO’s, PMO’s and R&D;
  • Engaging with various stakeholders from business towards identifying initiatives and translating them into products;
  • Creating product and delivery documentation, helping with themes and features translation from business cases; 
  • Comprehending all product requirements into a roadmap and prioritize the backlog.

The team:

You will be part of the product team within the CPTO organization. You will collaborate on a daily basis with UX-designers, developers, Sales and Support teams to make sure the right features are released. You will also work closely align with our Consultancy and Marketing teams. You OWN Integrations and Marketplace products and make sure that the roadmap is fully connected and prioritized. You do this by combining your knowledge of customer needs and our vision on the future of the industry. Your team will work cross functionally with R&D on a daily basis on building the best solutions for our customers.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Product Owner experience in a startup for at least five years - a must!
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Hands on experience defining and documenting technical requirements and translating them into user stories and derived documentation;
  • Proven track record in defining, designing, and productizing integration-based environments or marketplaces – A must!
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira – Highly desired!
  • Ability to model and understand API's; you have created related flow and API mapping documentation;
  • Experience with agile methodologies as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe;
  • Ability to view problems holistically and communicate solutions to management;
  • Experience in gathering input from all the stakeholders, managing the info and explaining the what and why of it.
