Our innovative collaboration platform helps CxOs and Architects to plan, design and manage business transformation. We’ve just announced an exciting Series B funding round and are expanding globally.

In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for an Senior Account Manager based from our New York office. Are you keen to join us on our journey?

What will you be doing?

As a ValueBlue Senior Account Manager you are responsible for a growing set of accounts. You regularly engage with customers to understand what their challenges are and how you can help them realize their goals through the use of our platform BlueDolphin.  At the same time you collaborate and coordinate with Sales, Support, Customer Solutions and pre-sales teams to guarantee the best customer experience possible.

Key metrics that you focus on are customer retention, up- and cross-sell and customer happiness.

You excel by understanding the different solutions that ValueBlue offers, how they interact, and can advise and inspire customers to get more out of these solutions. Also you understand sales and sales process, and know how to renew a contract, negotiate a deal and manage a sales cycle.

And finally you spot opportunities at your existing customers to expand the scope of usage of BlueDolphin.

The team:

Our fast growing ValueBlue team of colleagues work across a range of functions including Product Management & Development, Sales & Account Management, Marketing, and Professional Services and Support.

You’ll be joining our growing US team as well as 5 Account Managers based in the Netherlands. As we expand our business both in Europe as well as in the US, we will be expanding the team significantly over the next 12 months.

What do you bring?

  • 5-10 years of experience in Account Management
  • Prior experience in a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in using standard sales tech stack tools like Office, LinkedIn, SalesForce, DocuSign and ZoomInfo
  • Commercial instinct and knowledge of account management processes
  • Good command of the English language, other language skills are considered a bonus
  • A pragmatic self-starter
  • An independent worker but team player and excellent communicator
  • You have a drive for customer satisfaction and training effectiveness
