In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for a Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in our Utrecht office.
The opportunity in short
As a Customer Success Manager at ValueBlue, your focus is on getting your customers to enjoy ever-increasing value from the use of our award-winning product BlueDolphin. You’ll be working with large global companies, such as Rite Aid, Randstad, and A.S. Watson, as well as governmental organizations and healthcare institutions. Their common denominator: using BlueDolphin as a key instrument to enable and drive digital transformation.
Some of the responsibilities you'd have:
Onboarding customers on BlueDolphin;
Providing ongoing guidance on the implementation of Use Cases;
Managing stakeholders of your enterprise customers;
Building roadmaps in digital transformation within strategic accounts;
Collaborating with the internal account team.
A strong candidate would fill most of the boxes below:
You’re fluent in Dutch and English;
Professional experience delivering consultancy or CSM services to enterprise clients;
Professional experience with Enterprise Architecture principles, vision, and requirements;
Professional experience in one of the following domains: ERP, CRM, or Data;
Adding solutions to the product roadmap is something that makes you tick.
It would be an extra boost to your application if you have:
Hands-on experience building API-based integrations;
Hands-on experience building data models, reports, and dashboards;
Experience working in flexible environments in which you need to own the workflows;
Previous experience leading knowledge-sharing sessions in-house.
