Watson, Randstad, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Group to financial, pharmaceutical, technology and consumer organizations such as ABN AMRO, Wakefern Food Corp and Moss Construction.

For several years our beloved BlueDolphin has been part of the Gartner Magic Quadrant and rewarded with customer choice awards on several occasions.

In order to continue on our growth path, we are currently recruiting a Support Lead based at our Utrecht office.


What will you be doing?

  • As the Support Lead, you are the main point of contact for our customers;
  • Next to actively working on tickets and supporting clients, you will also align with your colleagues on how to improve our processes and knowledge;
  • You are responsible for identifying the customer's request and ultimately offering them the best solution;
  • Improve the quality and timeliness of our services to meet our SLA's.
