We are currently recruiting for a BDR based in our New York office! 

As BDR at ValueBlue, your job is to find qualified prospects for our market leading software product. You will follow up on inbound leads and targeted outbound activities to gain entry at leading companies and enterprises in Europe. It's a great opportunity to kick start your sales career after internships of for those looking in their first years as BDR/SDRs. 

Some of the responsibilities you'd have:

  • Prospecting customers via multiple channels in the¬†NA market
  • Having deep conversations with CxO‚Äôs and senior technology managers about their business challenges
  • Learning about Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation;
  • Using a mix of inbound and outbound activities, working together with sales and solution consultants;
  • Taking time to collaborate on how to improve our skillset as a team and the BDR framework
  • Performance based on goals potentially increasing your compensation by 25% or more considering an uncapped commission scheme.¬†

Job requirements

A strong candidate would fill most of the boxes below:

  • Experience as BDR/SDR for a software solutions company
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft or Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • You get energy from prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc;
  • You're capable of working at least 2 days a week from our well-located NY office and enjoy amazing views!

It would be an extra point to your application if you have

  • ¬†Experience in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Software Architecture, and/or Business Transformation.
