Why You Should Apply for This Job

As the BDR Team Lead, you’ll manage a team of four BDRs located in the NL and USA, with direct responsibility for driving Inside Sales targets across EMEA and North America. Your leadership is hands-on. You won’t just manage pipelines - you’ll build your own, showing your team how it’s done while coaching them to do the same. This role blends strategy, execution, and mentorship, allowing you to lead by example and create an impact every day.

Some of the responsibilities you'd have:

  • Lead & Develop the BDR Team – Manage and coach a team of four BDRs (NL & USA)
  • Hands-On Lead Generation – Actively engage in prospecting and lead generation
  • Automate & Optimize Workflows – Refine outreach strategies and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and process consistency.
  • Leverage AI & Innovation – Research and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance BDR productivity, improve personalization at scale, and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Align closely with New Business Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff, CRM accuracy, and data-driven outreach campaigns.

Job requirements

A strong candidate would fill most of the boxes below:

  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR/Sales Team Lead or coaching other BDR.
  • 5+ years of hands-on lead generation experience in a software or B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in automating manual sales workflows, scaling on an efficient way.
  • AI-savvy with a creative execution mindset and a strong drive for innovation and leadership.
  • Ownership as personality traits, partnering with the sales teams to achieve company goals.


It would be an extra boost to your application if you have:

  • Proficiency in Dutch.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with Digital Transformation and/or Enterprise Architecture.
