To support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for an Associate Customer Success based in our Utrecht office.


The Opportunity in Short

As an Associate Customer Success at ValueBlue, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our Enterprise Architecture solution, BlueDolphin. You will be the initial point of contact for our customers; first, helping them understand BlueDolphin, and then enabling them to achieve increasing value with it.


Some of the Core Responsibilities You'll Have:

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring not just a smooth transition from sales to active users of our software but also fostering a deep understanding of how to use BlueDolphin to achieve their goals.
  • Training Workshops: Deliver periodic product training workshops to new users.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to help them realize business objectives, overcome challenges, and develop new initiatives. Empower customers to continuously create increasing value with BlueDolphin.

Job requirements

A Strong Candidate Would Fill Most of the Boxes Below:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with B2B software products
  • Affinity for learning about new and complex technical concepts, with a proactive approach to building understanding over time.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Nice to Have (Not Requirements):

  • Dutch-speaking skills
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and tools.
  • Experience with customer success platforms, e.g., Planhat.
