In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Engineer based in our Utrecht HQ - hybrid model; two team days a week at the office.

The role of the Customer Support & Scalability Engineer is brand new, and you can help refine the scope together with the Senior Engineer and Lead. Your initial main responsibilities are to help support and delight our customers by driving automation of repetitive tasks and continuously increasing the usage of AI. You will own the relationship between Support and Development. In our team ownership, learning, and continuous improvement are at the core. We have a solid onboarding process using BlueDolphin waiting for you.
Some of the responsibilities you'd have:
Improve support scalability through automation and process enhancements
Learn our product inside-out and become the go-to expert supporting customers across chat and tickets
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to lead supportability initiatives (bug fix prioritization, scalability, product improvements)
Drive the relationship with Engineering to ensure customer feedback translates to better product performance
Job requirements
Must Haves
You have strong hands-on knowledge with APIs and Python scripting
You work autonomously - when given a task, you get it done or iterate until it’s right.
You bring a customer excellence mindset to everything you do.
Nice to have (Bonus Points If You Have)
Experience in SaaS environments
Knowledge of SSO and SCIM
Full stack development (C#, React or Ember)
Experience with Intercom or other CRM tools
Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
