We are currently recruiting for a People Operations Lead based in our Utrecht HQ.

Some of the responsibilities you'd have:
Co-led with the Chief People Officer on happiness and engagement initiatives.
Own in-office employee experience while promoting an inclusive hybrid work mode.
Act as HRBP by supporting the leadership in building high-performance teams.
Act as the first point of contact for NL, US, and UK employees.
Oversee PeopleOps admin and HRIS from onboarding to offboarding.
Take advantage of AI to improve efficiency and impact of PeopleOps work.
Job requirements
A strong candidate would fill most of the boxes below
You’re a generalist People partner who is used to working on small people & culture teams.
You’ve applied Dutch Labor Law, supporting employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
You’re used to leading cultural initiatives that impact happiness and engagement metrics.
You get energy from bringing hybrid teams together as well as designing a unique in-office XP.
Tech-savvy and AI-enthusiastic, excites you to turn manual tasks into fully automated ones.
Any of the below would be a Nice-to-have and a plus for your application
You have a conversational level of Dutch.
You’ve experimented with AI in PeopleOps before.
You’ve run VISA applications and 30% ruling cases.
Previous work experience at an international software-based company.
Curiosity towards mastering multi-country legislation.
