As a technical consultant, you'll work closely with our sales team to develop and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles. Some of the responsibilities you'd have:

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges
  • Give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  • Deliver Proof of Concept and Proof of Value initiatives for clients and prospects
  • Create peer-to-peer relationships with client and prospect stakeholders and gain trust
  • Contribute to pre-sales improvement initiatives
  • Support marketing events including conferences, user groups, and trade shows

Job requirements

A strong candidate would fill most of the boxes below:

  • 3 years of experience working as a Sales Engineer or related
  • Proficiency in SaaS applications and a deep understanding of its benefits
  • General understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technical demos and presentations at events
  • A proven track record of working with customers from various industry domains
  • US-based, preferably EST-based, and able to visit our New York City office when needed
  • Willing to travel to client and prospect locations
