To solve this problem, ValueBlue developed BlueDolphin - a SaaS solution that enables and nudges technical and non-technical teams to work together on transformation journeys. BlueDolphin provides a holistic approach to enterprise architecture, simplifying a traditionally complex industry and driving successful and sustainable transformations.

In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for a PeopleOps Specialist based in our Utrecht HQ.

Why you should apply for this job

Join as the second member of our PeopleOps team to help grow our dynamic, international team of around 90 employees. With the core People & Culture elements already in place, you'll have the chance to make meaningful contributions while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and tax legislation is essential, but you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in cultural initiatives. This role allows 4-day week contracts.


Some of the responsibilities you'd have:

  • Oversee PeopleOps admin and HRIS from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with our payroll specialist to manage the backend of the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for NL, US, and UK employees.
  • Collaborate on cultural initiatives, events, and office management.

Job requirements

Core requirements

  • At least one experience overseeing the full PeopleOps area from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Previous work experience at an international software-based company.
  • Dutch and English at a professional proficiency.
  • Domain of Dutch labor laws, VISA application, and the 30% ruling.
  • You enjoy tasks that require strong structural thinking and an eye for detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Curiosity towards mastering multi-country legislation
